Terms of Service | Printish

1. Service Description

Printish provides an online platform for ordering physical document printing with delivery. We operate within a defined service area. Availability of specific print types, paper sizes, and delivery slots may change without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Printish. By using this service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to print and distribute the files you upload.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Printish to print or distribute:

Copyrighted material you do not have rights to reproduce.
Defamatory, obscene, or illegal content.
Content that violates any applicable Indian law.
Content designed to defraud, impersonate, or harm others.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that appears to violate these terms without a refund for content-policy violations.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is collected in full at the time of order placement via Razorpay.
An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, unavailability of materials, or delivery constraints.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available only within our operating service area. Orders outside the area will not be accepted.
Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
You are responsible for ensuring someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
Failed deliveries (no one available, wrong address) may be charged an additional delivery fee for re-attempts.

6. Print Quality

We strive for accurate reproduction of your uploaded files. However, print output depends on the quality of your original file. Low-resolution images or incorrectly formatted documents may result in lower-quality prints. We are not responsible for print quality issues caused by file quality.

If there is a printing error on our part (wrong settings applied, damaged pages), we will reprint the order at no cost. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

By uploading a file, you grant Printish a limited license to process and print that file solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not claim ownership of your files and will not use them for any other purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Printish is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [your city], India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of Printish after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
