When you use Printish, we collect:

Account information: Name, email address, phone number when you register.
Files you upload: Documents, images, and other files you submit for printing. These are stored securely in Firebase Storage.
Delivery addresses: Addresses you save for order delivery.
Order data: Print settings, payment status, delivery status, and order history.
Device information: Browser type, IP address, and approximate location (if you grant permission) used for delivery distance calculation.
Payment information: We do not store card numbers or bank details. Payments are processed by Razorpay, which has its own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

To process and fulfill your print orders.
To calculate delivery costs and coordinate delivery.
To send order confirmations and status updates via WhatsApp or email.
To respond to support requests.
To improve our service and detect fraud.

3. File Storage and Retention

Files you upload are stored in Firebase Storage and are accessible only to you and authorized Printish staff who fulfill your order. Files are automatically deleted after your order is completed, typically within 30 days. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

Delivery partners: Your name and delivery address to fulfill orders.
Razorpay: For payment processing.
Google: Firebase (storage/database), Google Maps (delivery calculation), Google Analytics (anonymized usage data).
Legal requirements: If required by Indian law or court order.

5. Data Security

We use Firebase security rules to control access to your data, HTTPS for all data in transit, and Razorpay for PCI-DSS-compliant payment handling. Despite these measures, no internet transmission is 100% secure. Use our service at your own risk for highly sensitive documents.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable Indian law and at our discretion, you may:

Request a copy of your personal data.
Request deletion of your account and data.
Request deletion of uploaded files before or after order completion.
