Refund Policy
We want every order to be right. Here is exactly when and how refunds work.
When you are eligible for a refund or reprint
You are eligible for a full refund or free reprint if:
- Wrong print settings applied: We printed in color when you ordered B&W, or wrong paper size, etc.
- Damaged or defective print: Pages are torn, smudged, or otherwise unusable.
- Missing pages: Your order was delivered with pages missing.
- Order not delivered: Your order was confirmed and paid but not delivered within a reasonable time and we cannot resolve it.
- Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same order.
When you are NOT eligible for a refund
- Wrong file uploaded: You uploaded the wrong file and we printed exactly what was uploaded. Please check your file before placing an order.
- Low-quality source file: Blurry or pixelated prints caused by a low-resolution original file.
- Change of mind: You no longer want the prints after the order is placed and printing has started.
- Incorrect delivery address: Order was delivered to the address you provided but it was wrong.
- Content policy violations: Orders cancelled because the content violates our Terms of Service.
How to request a refund
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order (or within 24 hours of the expected delivery time if not delivered).
- Reach out via WhatsApp at +91 9176996292 or email support@printish.co.in.
- Provide your order number and a clear photo showing the issue (for defective prints).
Refund timeline
- Reprints: Scheduled within 24 hours of approval.
- Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method via Razorpay.
Cancellation before printing
If you need to cancel an order before printing has started, contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We will do our best to cancel and issue a full refund. Once printing has begun, cancellation is not possible.
